Pilipinas Got Talent - March 6, 2010 Josephine Aton
Once again, Filipinos showed how much talented we are. At first, the judges did not seem to find a promising candidate. It was not a good start. But later towards the show more and more participants got accept.
But the last show performed by Ms. Josephine struck me most. I don't know if you noticed it but there is something different the way she talked. But there's a saying "don't judge the book by its cover." She wanted to prove something to the people especially to her Father. Josephine showed to us her true talent.
As she sings from the bottom of her heart, Kris, Ai Ai and FMG were amazed! You could see it in their faces. The crowd cheered for her and people where standing. I was also amazed. I had shivers all over my body. Her voice was amazing. Ai-Ai said "Ang boses mo pang international" (your voice is international level). I also noticed that the song she was singing actually fits to her life story. "I Believe" - Full of struggle, trying to prove something to her parents and winning his Father's heart.
It's a good thing that she did not give up on her talent. Her story has also an important lesson to us. The lesson taught to us is that never give up on your talent. If God has blessed you with a talent, use that talent wisely, improve it, share it and never ever let go or give up in the talent that was given to you.
