You can see in the beginning of the trailer that the US Government wanted Stark to turnover the Iron Man. Unwilling to give them the Iron Man and it's technology he decided to "privatize" world peace!
Hey there are two Iron Man now. The black one looks like his friend from Iron Man 1 (forgot his name)
And whats with the whiplash?
There are also new characters here like Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow portrayed by Scarlett Johansson.
